Pork Chop-Chop!


I love his Pork Chops! I was happy to document and share his recipe to everyone. Many people are still surprised that Phanna Ky can cook. I'm not surprised it's because he's always humble :-)

You Will Need: 2 Large Red Potatoes 4 Pork Chops Apple Cider Vinegar Black Pepper Broccoli Brown Sugar Garlic Ketchup Olive Oil Sea Salt Soy Sauce Worcestershire Sauce Marinating is not required...BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED OVERNIGHT! Sauce (Can be used for both Marinating & Basting): 1 Minced Clove Garlic 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp Ketchup Bake Potatoes: Preheat oven to 390F Peel & Chop 2 Large Red Potatoes Rub Potatoes in olive oil, sea salt and black pepper Bake for 15 minutes then remove Bake Potatoes & Pork Chops (Bake 20min, Broil 3 to 5min): -Add the Pork Chops (baste in sauce on both sides) -Return to oven for 10 minutes then remove to baste both sides again -Bake for another 10 minutes then remove again to baste both sides -Remove from oven, baste both sides again and add broccoli -Return to oven but this time BROIL HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes (the end result should be golden) Last Stage: -Remove from oven -Use the pork juices to baste itself -Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley on top then serve!
